My approach to training is built around long-term strength, not short-term intensity. I believe strength training should make your body more capable outside the gym, not worn down by it. Every program is designed with joint health, movement quality, and recovery in mind, using progressive overload that’s appropriate for the individual. The goal is simple: build real strength, resilience, and confidence in a way that allows clients to train consistently for years, not just weeks.
